Contractual Relationship

These Terms and Conditions govern the access or use by you, a client, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by Beauty Pop IN ™ (“Pop IN ™”), a private company established under Litsiu (PTY) Ltd in South Africa.

These Terms and Conditions must be read before utilising any of our services.

Using the services offered by Pop IN ™ is an indication that, you have read, understood and agree with the terms and conditions and therefore can be bound by them. These may be amended at any time. Once that is done, notifications through our platforms will be sent to clients. These Terms and Conditions expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. Pop IN ™ may immediately terminate these terms and conditions or any services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason. The collection and use of data is covered in the policy loaded onto our website

The Service Rendered by Pop IN ™

The services rendered by Pop IN ™ emanate from a technology platform that enables users to conveniently make bookings and schedule appointments for any point in time with independent third party service providers. Unless otherwise agreed by Pop IN ™ in a separate written agreement with you, these services are made available solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Pop IN ™ does not provide any transportation for you as a client as well as the independent third parties that render the service you require.

Use of Pop IN ™ services

Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, Pop IN ™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferrable license to: (i) access and use on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the services; and (ii) access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through our services, in each case solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Pop IN ™. Users are prohibited from using any of Pop IN ™’s information for their personal gain or for commercial benefits unless permission is granted in writing. The services offered on Pop IN ™ belong solely to the company and any use of what is offered does not grant you unlimited access. Services are used at a point in time when bookings/reservations are made on our platform. Pop IN ™ has not established any partnerships with third party suppliers; therefore no one is to use Pop IN ™ outside of the platform. Access of our platforms through third party platforms is not an indication of any collaboration and or endorsements unless otherwise indicated by Pop IN ™.

Creating Client Profiles

In order for clients to use Pop IN ™ services, a profile needs to be created first where some personal information will be required in order to have access to the listed service providers and conclude the registration. Clients that are younger than 18 must be registered under their care takers/guardians profiles. This then means that, all transactions, invoices etc. will be shared with the care takers/guardians. Services will be used lawfully by clients and should not cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage to the third party service Provider or any other party. Clients are encouraged to request proof of identification such as an identity document or passport as well as proof of the booking made from the third party service provider before they access your premises. Failure to do so could put you at risk which Pop IN ™ cannot be liable for. Clients can only create one profile and are encouraged to keep their information up to date all the time, in order to ensure that the service requested can be provided in a proficient manner.

Client Feedback/Reviews

Clients are encouraged to utilise the Pop IN ™ platforms to give feedback and review the services received. This content received may be used for business and client enhancements by Pop IN ™. In giving feedback/reviews, clients should not provide defamatory, slanderous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive feedback on and off the Pop IN ™ platforms. as determined by Pop IN ™ in its sole discretion, whether or not such material may be protected by law. Pop IN ™ may, but shall not be obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content, at Pop IN ™’s sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.

Network Data Usage

Accessing our platforms and using our services will require you to have sufficient network data as we don’t offer free platform access.

Payments for services

Upon making bookings, clients will be prompted to make payments before any service provider can be assigned to you. A fee schedule will be included on each third party service provider’s page which will enable clients to have a full view and understanding of what the cost will be for the service they require. Should there be any modifications to the final fee which the third party service provider indicates; Pop IN ™ will make the necessary modifications. Upon final payment, an invoice will be released to clients. Charges are final and non-refundable unless there’s a cancellation 24 hours prior to the booking. With that, a transactional fee will be charged for the refund. Should you not cancel your booking but, become unavailable on the day of the booking, Pop IN ™ will not refund you. Pop IN ™ reserves the right to create, make amendments or eliminate charges for offered services at any point in time. Clients are responsible and will be held liable for any charges incurred under the profile. Clients who wish to give gratuity are welcome to do so but, they are under no obligation to do that.

Third Party Service Provider Equipment

Clients who damage the third party service provider’s equipment will be liable for the costs associated with either repairing or replacing those items.

Client Personal Possessions

Clients are encouraged to ensure that, their personal possessions are still there before the third party service provider vacates their premises. Clients are also advised to respectfully request to check the third party service providers bags and or luggage to ensure that, everything is in order. Pop IN ™ will not be liable for any losses and damages.


  • Services are provided as indicated in the Pop IN ™ platforms.
  • Pop IN ™ does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the services provided and the quality thereof.
  • Any risks arising from the services procured from Pop IN ™ are solely with the client to the extent permitted by law.
  • Pop IN ™ will not be liable for any delays or failure in performance of the third party service provider resulting in losses.
  • Pop IN ™ will not be held liable for any breach of the terms and conditions.
